All items purchased from ITSUPPORT.COM.MY are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

PRICING

With respect to items sold by ITSUPPORT.COM.MY, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

We offer you consistently low prices on every item in our store. All prices default are listed in RM (Ringgit Malaysia). We do have multiple currencies display in our store such as RM (Rinngit Malaysia), US$ (United States Dollar), AU$ (Australia Dollar), and SGD (Singapore Dollar).  We do not promise that the currency exchange rates are accurate . If you live outside the Malaysia., this charge is converted by your bank into your local currency and should appear on your credit card statement in that currency.
